Using the hot-range concept, weapons will be loaded at all times once the initial command to make weapons ready has been given.


STAGE I

Distance: 5 feet
At the signal, draw and fire 2 rounds in 3 seconds
3 cycles for a total of 6 rounds

STAGE II

Distance: 10 feet
At the signal, draw and fire 2 rounds to the body and 1 to the head in 6 seconds
4 cycles for a total of 12 rounds

STAGE III

Distance: 20 feet
At the signal, draw and fire 2 rounds to the body and 1 to the head in 8 seconds
4 cycles for a total of 12 rounds

STAGE IV

Distance: 30 feet
At the signal, draw and fire 2 rounds in 4 seconds
6 cycles for a total of 12 rounds

STAGE V

Distance: 40 feet
At the signal, draw and fire 6 rounds from the standing barricade position, reload, drop to kneeling barricade position and fire 6 rounds for a total of 12 rounds in 30 seconds

STAGE VI

Distance: 50 ft
At the signal, draw and fire 3 rounds from the standing barricade position, drop to the kneeling barricade position and fire 3 rounds for a total of 6 rounds in 30 seconds


QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Target = NRA TQ-15
Total rounds fired = 60
Point value for target is scored 5-4-3, with head hits at 5 points each
Maximum possible score = 300
Minimum qualifying score = 210-244
Marksman score = 245-264
Sharpshooter score = 265-284
Expert score = 285-300
Distinguished expert score = 291-300
